Training Services

ONE-ON-ONE OR PARTNER (2 people) PERSONAL TRAINING
- Trainer-led workouts that educate and motivate clients to effectively perform the exercises necessary to reach his or her goals
- 30 and 60 minute sessions available
- Note: membership discounts are not applied to training prodecuts/services. Ask about our bulk packages and EFT programs for additional discounts!

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
- Beginner, intermediate, and advanced level classes that focus on mobility exercises, resistance training, and HIIT to maximize fat loss and lean muscle gain
- 4+ people per class (3x per week for 1 hour)
- class times are determined based on client availability.

VIRTUAL COACHING
- In-depth workouts tailored to individual's specific needs and goals
- Recieve expert advice and accountability through regular contact with a coach via e-mail, phone, and/or text

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
- 1-on-1 60 minute training session to assess client’s progress and review monthly workout program and goals
- Customized, in-depth workouts that is specific to address client’s strengths and weaknesses to best reach their health and fitness goals

RECOVERY AND INJURY CARE
- Trigger Point and “Roll Out” massages -(15, 30, 60-minute sessions) - Deep tissue massages designed to hit specific points within muscle tissue to help with improve range of motion and reduce pain from injury, overuse, and extremely tight (overactive) muscles
- Trainer-Assisted Stretching -(15, 30, 60-minute sessions)
